Heavy Goods Vehicle Restrictions on Gurgaon Jaipur Highway

Traffic Police Gurugram has issued orders to not allow any Heavy Goods Vehicles and Medium Goods Vehicles to ply on Gurgaon Jaipur Highway (National Highway 48) during peak traffic hours on all weekdays.

The Goods Vehicles will NOT be allowed between Panchgaon Chowk near Manesar and Kherki Daula Toll Plaza on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 10.00am and 5.00pm to 9.00pm. This is to avoid obstruction of traffic as regular congestion has been experience there by commuters during morning and evening rush hour.

This restriction will not apply to emergency vehicles like police vehicles, fire brigades, ambulances or any military or paramilitary vehicles. Also on Saturdays and Sundays, all day traffic movement will be allowed for all vehicles.
